Design Tool

Is it necessary to login or register to use the design tool?

No, it is not necessary to log in to use design tool. You can use the design tool without signing in to your account.

How is the price of the printing & embroidery calculated?

Our screen printing charges are based on three factors. They are:

  1. Number of different colors used in Printing.
  2. Quantity of T-shirts. (More Quantity, Less Price)
  3. Other kinds of customizations such as individual NAME and individual NUMBER on the back or the front of the T-shirt.

Our embroidery charges are based on 2 factors. They are:

  1. Area of design.
  2. Quantity of product.

What is the maximum size for the print area on a t-shirt or a sweatshirt?

The maximum size for the print area on a t-shirt is the standard A3 size.

How many colors can I use while designing my t-shirt?

You can use a maximum of six colors in your design. According to standard t-shirts six colors are enough to make the required appeal and not overdo a t-shirt.

Can I add text languages other than English?

No, you can add text only in ‘English’.

Can I Change my design after order has been placed?

Yes, you can change your design within one hourof placing the order. If you want to change your design, you can immediately mail us at (care@printbabu.com).

Can I save my design?

Yes, you can save your design if you have registered for an account with printbabu.com. All your custom designs can be saved in the printbabu.com account.

Is it necessary to login to the TeeBabu account to save my customized design?

Yes, it is necessary to log on to the TeeBabu account to save your customized design. The design and the details will be saved in your registered email and account with us.

Bulk Order

What is bulk order?

If you want to print more than 100 t-shirts, we call it bulk order.

Can I order in bulk quantities?

Yes, you can order in bulk quantities. For placing a bulk order, you can mail us on (care@printbabu.com).

How do I pay for bulk order?

You can pay for your bulk order through Debit card, Credit Card, Net banking. We recommend that you deposit money in our company’s account for bulk order.

Minimum Order Quantity?

From just one to over one thousand, Teebabu can print as many items as you need for your unique cause or occasion!
For some of our most popular styles, you can order just one item through our digital printing service. See a list of these products in our No Minimum product category.

Some items must use screen printing or embroidery, and may have different minimums.

  1. Screen printing: Minimum quantity is 10. (If your design contains more than 5 colors, higher minimums may apply.)
  2. Embroidery: Minimum quantity is 10.Minimum quantity of each product mentioned in product details. Still, if do you have any question, feel free to ask us.

How long does it take for delivery?

It depends on quantity of bulk order. Our team will ship your bulk order within 14 to 18 days from the date of placing of your bulk order. If you do not receive your order within the specified time, you can mail us or phone us.

Can I place order via email or phone?

Yes, of course! You can place your order via email or phone.

My account & website

How can I register with you and start my new account?

Please click on the sign up hyperlink and proceed to create an account. Fill your required details in the form and clickon the signup button. After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in the email address registered with us.

Can I recover my account password?

Please click on the forgot password hyperlink and enter your registered email address. You will then receive an email with the password on your registered email address.

My Order

How will I know when my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will get a confirmation email in your email address and this email will contain all the details related to your purchase.

How do I reorder previously bought items?

To reorder from saved designs, you have to log on to your account and go to the order history. You can then select reorder option or customize option to use old designs.

How will I receive my order?

We will ship your product at your mentioned address through reputed courier services.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/ net banking. The order was not successful but money has been deducted. What really happened to my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to ensure that your account has been debited with the said amount. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the banks within 7 business days.
  2. For further assistance, you can get back to us and we will be happy to help you out with this problem.

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

How much time do you take to deliver a product?

We deliver the product in 10 to 14 working days order below 400 Pcs and If order above it, we deliver the product in 16 to 20 working days.

If we can’t make it in the above mentioned time period, email us on care@printbabu.com .We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I pay with the cash on delivery option?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer Cash on Delivery option for orders placed using the Design Tool. It is acustomized product, and therefore will be impossible to resell once your design is printed on the product.

How can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You can change your shipping address within 2 days after your order has been placed. You can email us your address along with your order number to (care@printbabu.com).

If I did not receive my order, what can I do?

You can track your order using the courier reference number provided by us. You can also email us at (care@printbabu.com).

Do you add any shipping charges?

Yes, we add shipping charges for the purchased product, you can see shipping charges while checkout because it differs with the weight.

How can I track my order?

After dispatching your order, we will send all the shipping details on your email address.
If you are unable to track your order, you can email us at (care@printbabu.com).

NOTE: We try to ensure that the product reaches you within delivery time communicated but Delivery time may delay because of emergency (Natural Disaster, transport, accidental problem etc.)

Cancellation & Return Policy

Can I cancel my order?

In order to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, we processed the order immediately. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.We will deduct the payment gateway charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order.

You can cancel your order within an hour of booking of the same order. You are requested to immediately email us at care@printbabu.com along with your order number for any cancellations to be made and your amount will be credited in your account if you have paid for it.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

What do I do if I receive wrong (with any other design)product?

If you receive a wrong (with any other design) product, we are more than happy to take it back and replace it. Just let us know your order number within 2 days of delivery.Please return our products in their original condition. You can make arrangements to replace your order by emailing us along with the order number at care@printbabu.com . We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

What do I do if I receive damaged product?

If you find your product is damaged, In case of transport damages for which Teebabu.com or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable.

Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (care@printbabu.com) if you detect any damages or defects within 2 days of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable.Please ensure that our products are returned in their original condition. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you to handle warranty issues.We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

Damage claims or Shortage

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

Why was my order undelivered and returned to the warehouse?

Your order may have been moved to the warehouse due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Customer not available in given address/ Army area/ natural consequence. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order again and you can receive it at your doorstep.

What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complaint with our Customer Support Team within 30 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 30 days for the non-delivery of your order then wewill not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount minus the gateway charge if you have used it. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our Return Policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Teebabu.com and accept Teebabu.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Refund Policy

What is refund policy?

In case of cancellation, you are liable to get a refund. The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours after cancellation.If you need any clarifications on refunds, Please email us to (support@printbabu.com).

When will I receive refund for my cancelled order?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours after cancellation. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be co-ordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 7-10 working days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to (support@printbabu.com).

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What do I do?

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

Are there any hidden costs when I make a purchase on Teebabu.com?

No, we will NOT put any hidden costs on our products. However, the price and charges mentioned on the site are final.

How does refund process works and what is the time limit?

Once the order is cancelled at the merchant’s website or in case of failed transactions, Teebabu.com ensures that the buyers should get the refunded amount within 7-15 days of cancelling the order depending upon the bank.

What is the minimum number of products you can purchase at a given time?

Minimum order quantity is different for each product, it is mentioned with each product as well, you can check in each product details.

Example: For printing, you must place an order of ten prints at a minimum, because the screen development charges vary with colors, screens, miscellaneous printing charges, and other labor charges associated with the screen printing process.
